CJ Property Cleaning Ltd provide bespoke cleaning for tenanted properties. We provide professional and expert cleaners that hold public liability insurance as well as being insured against any potential damage or accidents; they will leave your property in its best possible condition which will enable you to maximise your letting earnings. We will discuss your requirements and provide an individual quotation for your job.
What’s included:
Gold standard
All floors, surfaces, internal doors, skirting boards and internal windows cleaned. All toilets, baths, sinks and showers cleaned and sanitised.
Platinum standard
In addition to Gold standard;
Kitchen – all cupboards (if empty) internally cleaned, fridge and freezer (if empty) internally cleaned, oven and microwave internally cleaned, cooker hood de-greased, washing machine and dishwasher demoulded and internally cleaned, and taps and draining boards descaled.
Bathroom – taps, shower heads and shower screens descaled, mould removed around sinks, baths and showers (unless uneconomical to do so).
Prices start from £90 for a 1 bedroom property for a Gold standard clean and £175 for a Platinum standard clean.
Bespoke package
Tailor made quotation for your requirements, including deep carpet cleaning, deep clean of ovens, hob and cooker hood.
